We blend old masonry with modern interior design in the historic structure of the old Gablerbräu. While you're waiting for your food, you can watch our chefs prepare it in an open kitchen. Very close to the Salzach river is the L’Osteria Salzburg where we serve our huge pizza, pasta d’amore and other timeless classics of Italian cuisine such as antipasti, vitello tonnato, salads and heavenly dolci. With its 45cm diameter, our pizza is so large that it can easily be shared with an amici or a family member – on request with different toppings on each half. In spring and summer, our dishes are also served on the large Mediterranean terrace.
Bambini are an essential part of large Italian family culture. Therefore, they are more than welcome at the L’Osteria Salzburg. There are small portions of pasta available and the pizza can be shared with mom or dad. In addition, high chairs, a changing table and a painting table are available. If a dog belongs to the family, it is of course welcome, too. A special dog bar is waiting for it. And for all those who are in a hurry or want to eat in the comfort of their home: All dishes are available for take away.
