  • How does the interview work?

    First we get to know each other in a casual telephone conversation - don't worry, it's very relaxed! If the chemistry is right, we will invite you to a personal meeting on site. That way you can get to know us and our LA FAMIGLIA better - and we can get to know you!

  • Can I also join you as a career changer?

    At L'Osteria, we give everyone a chance - even career changers. Of course, you will be trained so that you are familiar with the processes in our restaurants. The only important thing is that you love Italian food and enjoy being a host.
